海洋是地球上待开发的最后领域。根据海洋科学技术中心正在执行的“新海域计划”,今年开始进行最终目标300米潜水实验。由于日本的潜水作业比欧美落后五六年,所以人们对新海域计划寄以厚望。在海中,每深10米,水压增加1个大气压。因此,只戴面罩而不穿潜水服的潜水或背负氧气瓶的潜水,深度以数十米为限。
The ocean is the last area to be developed on Earth. According to the Marine Science and Technology Center is being implemented “new sea plan”, this year began the ultimate goal of 300 meters diving test. As Japan’s diving operations lag behind those in Europe and the United States for five or six years, people have great hopes for the new maritime space plan.
