目的通过研究TNF-α在血清中的分布及与牙周临床指标的关系,探讨TNF-α在两种疾病相互关系中可能的作用,进一步揭示牙周炎与冠心病之间病理机制的联系。方法选取冠心病组(P-CHD+)19例,牙周炎组(P+CHD-)21例,冠心病牙周炎组(P+CHD+)19例,健康对照组(P-CHD-)20例。对所有研究对象进行详细的牙周检查,收集病人血清,ELISA法测定血清中TNF-α的水平结果P+CHD-、P-CHD+、P+CHD+、P-CHD-四组血清TNF-α浓度分别为:(34.71±11.60)pg/ml、(19.23±5.12)pg/ml、(12.21±3.26)pg/ml、(47.19±17.51)pg/ml。四组之间差异性显著。结论TNF-α可能参与了牙周炎症的发生发展,并在牙周炎和冠心病的相互关系中发挥作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible role of TNF-α in the relationship between the two diseases by studying the distribution of TNF-α in serum and the relationship with clinical periodontal index, and further revealing the relationship between periodontitis and coronary heart disease. Methods Nineteen patients with coronary heart disease (P-CHD +), 21 with periodontitis (P + CHD-), 19 with P + CHD + and 20 healthy controls with P-CHD- example. Serum levels of TNF-α were measured by ELISA. The levels of serum TNF-αin P + CHD-, P-CHD +, P + CHD +, and P-CHD- groups were all examined by periodontal examination. (34.71 ± 11.60) pg / ml, (19.23 ± 5.12) pg / ml, (12.21 ± 3.26) pg / ml and (47.19 ± 17.51) pg / ml respectively. The difference between the four groups was significant. Conclusion TNF-α may be involved in the development of periodontal inflammation and play a role in the relationship between periodontitis and coronary heart disease.
