为研究碳纤维(CFRP)丝股粘结型锚具锚固性能及内部受力状态,该文设计了19丝CFRP丝股粘结型锚具并对其进行了静载试验。3个试件的CFRP丝间距分别为4mm、2mm和1mm;试验对锚固区CFRP丝应变和CFRP丝-锚筒的相对位移进行测量;通过静载试验实测并结合理论计算分析了粘结型锚具的锚固性能、粘结应力分布情况及变化规律。研究结果表明:19丝CFRP丝股粘结型锚具的锚固效率为94.8%;CFRP丝间距对锚固效率影响较大,CFRP丝间距越小,锚固性能越好;CFRP丝-锚筒的相对位移主要是由填充介质的整体刚体滑移造成的;锚固区CFRP丝表面的粘结应力峰值随荷载增加而逐渐由锚具的受荷端向自由端移动,粘结应力峰值随荷载增加而逐渐增大;CFRP丝表面压应力对锚固效率影响较大。
In order to study the anchoring performance and internal stress state of carbon fiber (CFRP) wire bond anchors, a 19-wire CFRP wire anchorage was designed and subjected to static load test.
