目的:建立尖齿臭茉莉的HPLC指纹图谱,为尖齿臭茉莉质量评价提供依据。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为327 nm。结果:建立了尖齿臭茉莉的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,21个峰为11批样品所共有,确定为特征指纹峰。结论:该法精密度高,重复性和稳定性好,可为尖齿臭茉莉的质量评价提供可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprinting of jasmine jasmine to provide the basis for quality evaluation of jasmine jasmine. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent Zorbax C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The column temperature was 35 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min and the detection wavelength was 327 nm . Results: The HPLC fingerprinting pattern was established. The 21 peaks were shared by 11 batches of samples and identified as characteristic fingerprint peaks. Conclusion: The method has high precision, good reproducibility and stability, and can provide a reliable basis for the quality evaluation of Sophora.
