在分析动态联盟风险评价应考虑的主要因素的基础上,建立了一套适用于动态联盟运作风险评估的指标体系;提出了一种模糊集合理论与AHP(层次分析法)相结合的动态联盟运作风险因素重要性排序方法:以三角模糊数表示动态联盟风险管理专家判断信息,集结多位专家意见构建三角模糊互补判断矩阵,同时采用一种基于可能度的排序方法对风险因素进行重要性排序;最后通过实例说明了该方法运用的具体过程。本文的研究为动态联盟运作风险管理对策的制定提供了参考。
Based on the analysis of the main factors that should be considered in the dynamic alliance risk assessment, a set of index system suitable for the risk assessment of the dynamic alliance operations is established. A dynamic alliance operation based on fuzzy set theory and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) The method of sorting the importance of risk factors: the triangular fuzzy number represents the expert judgment information of dynamic alliance risk management, assembles the opinions of many experts and constructs the triangle fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, at the same time uses a ranking method based on the possibility degree to rank the importance of risk factors; Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of this method. The research in this paper provides a reference for the formulation of measures for the management of dynamic alliance operations.
