眼外伤是致盲的主要原因之一,眼球穿通伤是眼外伤中危害最大、致盲率最高的眼部损害。我院1991～1994年共收治眼球穿通伤115例,现分析如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 发病情况:4年共收治各种眼病630例,各类眼外伤191例,其中眼球穿通伤115例(120只眼)占同期住院病人的18.3％,占同期眼外伤病人的60％,略低于叶云晏的62％,胡双弟的71.3％,明显高于陈运平的32％。
Eye injury is one of the main causes of blindness. Eyeball penetrating injuries are the most harmful eye damage and the highest blindness rate. In our hospital from 1991 to 1994, a total of 115 cases of eyeball penetrating injury were treated. The clinical data are as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 Incidence: A total of 630 cases of various eye diseases were treated in 4 years, and 191 cases of various kinds of ocular trauma, including 115 cases of eyeball penetrating injuries (120 cases). Eyes only accounted for 18.3% of inpatients during the same period, accounting for 60% of eye injury patients in the same period, slightly lower than Yehyun’s 62%, Hushuangdi’s 71.3%, significantly higher than Chan Yunping’s 32%.
