开放教育教学支持服务涉及到教与学,其中影响教学质量的重要因素之一是教育者。为了给课程教师提供有效的教学支持服务,提高教育者的教学质量,中央广播电视大学人体生理学课程教学团队在为期两年的时间里,建设了一系列的教学备课资料并整合为电子教学资料包(以下简称教学包),通过各种途径发给基层课程辅导教师,并根据反馈意见不断改进完善。经过两个学期的使用,得到基层教师的充分肯定,认为对教师备课,规范教学,实施实践教学改革等起到了积极的支持作用。本文对这种教学支持服务策略的必要性、可行性和有效性进行了分析,期望能对远程教育课程教师培训和教学支持服务工作提供一点有益的参考。
Teaching support services for open education involves teaching and learning, among which one of the important factors that affect the quality of teaching is educators. In order to provide effective teaching support services and improve the teaching quality of educators, the teaching team of human physiology course of the Central Radio and Television University has built a series of teaching preparation materials and integrated them into the e-learning materials package in a two-year period (Hereinafter referred to as the teaching package), through various channels to the grass-roots course tutors, and continuously improve and perfect according to the feedback. After two semesters of use, it has been fully affirmed by teachers at grassroots level and considered that it has played a positive supportive role in teachers’ lesson preparation, standardization of teaching and implementation of practical teaching reform. This paper analyzes the necessity, feasibility and effectiveness of this teaching support service strategy. It is hoped that this article can provide a useful reference for teachers’ training and teaching support services in distance education.
