针对现有升卧式闸门中机械锁定装置锁定区域行程较小,对启闭机控制要求较高的问题,以主滚轮半径为300mm的常规锁定装置为例,对锁定爪材料、锁定爪弧线的圆心角进行了优化设计,并比较了优化前后的锁定区域行程范围。实例应用结果表明,优化后的锁定装置具有较大的区域形成范围,方便启闭机的运行操作。
Aiming at the problem of small stroke in the locking area of the mechanical locking device in the existing horizontal sliding gate and high requirements on the hoist control, taking the conventional locking device with the main roller radius of 300mm as an example, the locking claw material, The central angle of the optimized design, and compared before and after the optimization of the lock area travel range. The results of application examples show that the optimized locking device has a large area for forming the area, which facilitates the operation of the hoist.
