研究了合成的孔雀石催化剂对甲醛乙炔化反应的催化性能,并对该催化剂进行了XRD表征、粒度分布测定,结果表明该催化剂对甲醛与乙炔反应具有很好的催化活性及丁炔二醇选择性,1,4-丁炔二醇产率约95%,选择性达到99%,催化剂的晶相为碱式碳酸铜,催化剂粒度适中、均匀。
The catalytic performance of the synthesized malachite catalyst for the ethynylation of formaldehyde was studied. The catalyst was characterized by XRD and particle size distribution. The results showed that the catalyst has good catalytic activity for the reaction of formaldehyde with acetylene and the selectivity of butynediol , The yield of 1,4-butynediol is about 95%, the selectivity is up to 99%, the crystal phase of the catalyst is basic copper carbonate, and the catalyst particle size is moderate and uniform.
