前言随着可控气氛热处理工艺在我国的普及和推广,急切地需要解决气源问题。采用甲醇裂解的方法制备气氛已引起了国内外技术人员的广泛重视。进入80年代以来,向炉中滴注甲醇及炉外高温裂解发生器得到了推广应用。然而这种方法不仅能耗高、碳势低,而且炭黑严重经常阻塞管道、污染炉膛,造成停产。甲醇低温催化裂解则大不相同,不仅裂解温度低,而且利用催化剂的多功能,通过加入第二组份可得碳势在0.2~1~1.3%范围内准确调变,拓宽应用。目前已在全国百余家工厂企业得到推广。
Preface With the popularization and promotion of controlled atmosphere heat treatment process in our country, there is an urgent need to solve the gas source problem. The preparation of atmosphere by the method of methanol cracking has aroused widespread attention of domestic and foreign technicians. Into the 80’s, to the furnace drip methanol and pyrolysis cracking furnace generator has been promoted. However, this method not only high energy consumption, carbon potential is low, and serious black carbon often clog pipe, pollute the furnace, resulting in discontinued. Methanol low-temperature catalytic cracking is very different, not only the cracking temperature is low, but also the use of the catalyst multi-function, by adding the second component available carbon potential in the range of 0.2 ~ 1 ~ 1.3% accurate modulation and widen application. Has been in the country more than 100 factories and enterprises have been promoted.
