销售人员开拓市场的过程,就是一个不断获得认同或信服来突破顾客心理防线,从而达到征服的过程。征服是对主动权的一种把握,是对节奏的一种控制,征服是一个根本顾客需求的满足过程。征服就是要从注重产品转变到注重顾客心理,通过感性和理性两方面的诉求,来获得顾客的认同和满意,从而达到双赢。征服力决定着一个销售人员推销技能水平的高低,是优秀销售人员所必须具备的特质。
