这条敞车底架检修流水线主要用于检修铆结构车辆的底架,如C_(50)、C_1、C_6等车型,也可用于铆焊结构和焊接结构车型。一、流水线的布置与工艺流程流水线全长108米,主线包括7个台位,并设有2～3个缓冲台位。流水线的平面布置见图1。各个台位的用途如下述(序号同图1)。 1.落车准备台位: 本线采用不倒翁移车装置。在本台位上,把底架倒置在转向架上,并利用转向架移位。 2.底下对装台位:
