针对目前电子提花机在实际生产中能耗过高从而导致成本增加,以及远距离数据传输可靠性偏低的一些问题,介绍一种新型电子提花机控制器的设计方法,以降低成本,增加效能,提高远距离数据传输可靠性。控制器基于单片机并采用模块化思想进行设计,采用U盘作为花型文件存储介质,提针机构上的电磁阀采用差分信号进行驱动并进行反馈校验,采用键盘以及LCD显示器为用户提供了友好的人机交互界面。同时还提出了通过光纤通信进行信号传输与驱动的方案,以提高远距离传输可靠性和稳定性,为电子提花机的升级打下良好基础。在实际应用中,控制器性能稳定,抗电磁干扰能力强,远距离传输可靠性强,而且性价比较高,能为中小型纺织企业降低生产成本,提高效益。
