自我效能理论是社会学习理论的重要组成部分。学习效能感是影响学业成就的核心因素,它不仅关系到个体的学业选择、学习的努力程度和坚持性,而且与他们的生理健康、未来发展息息相关。本文阐述了学习效能的内涵,分析了国内外对学习效能的研究现状,并且提出了培养学生学习效能的有效途径。
Self-efficacy theory is an important part of social learning theory. Learning efficacy is the core factor affecting academic achievement. It not only relates to individual’s academic choice, learning effort and perseverance, but also is closely related to their physical health and future development. This article elaborates the connotation of learning effectiveness, analyzes the research status of learning effectiveness at home and abroad, and puts forward an effective way to develop students’ learning effectiveness.
