发展透明带(ZP)避孕疫苗是生育调控的理想策略,但天然ZP来源有限,且ZP免疫容易导致自身免疫反应,这都成为发展ZP避孕疫苗中的严重障碍。基因重组解决了ZP来源的问题,通过ZP糖蛋白的表位研究,正在逐步解决ZP免疫的安全性问题。归纳出ZP避孕疫苗的抗原从天然ZP糖蛋白、基因重组ZP蛋白、ZP表位肽段抗原的发展方向,而探寻以ZP的精子受体相关的B细胞表位为基础的嵌合肽抗原为成发展ZP避孕疫苗的主流。
The development of the zona pellucida (ZP) contraceptive vaccine is an ideal strategy for fertility regulation. However, the limited sources of natural ZP and the autoimmunity of ZP are likely to lead to autoimmune reactions, all of which have become serious obstacles in the development of ZP contraceptive vaccines. Genetic recombination has solved the problem of ZP origin, and the safety of ZP immunization is being gradually solved through the epitope research of ZP glycoprotein. ZP contraceptive vaccine antigen was summarized from the development of natural ZP glycoprotein, recombinant ZP protein and ZP epitope peptide antigen, and the chimeric peptide antigen based on ZP sperm receptor-associated B cell epitope was ZP contraceptive development into the mainstream of the vaccine.
