本文通过逆向矩阵计算和对比模拟实验确定了诺兰达过程的合理冰铜品位和合理渣型,指出合理冰铜品位和合理渣型相当大程度是围绕渣含铜引出的,探讨了影响诺兰达过程渣含铜的主要因素与降低渣含铜的主要措施.本文还证明:用渣带走铜分率=1-铜分配系数/(铜分配系数+炉渣重量/冰铜重量)这一表达式分析渣含铜的影响是合理的.
In this paper, the reasonable ice-copper grade and reasonable slag type in Nolander process are determined by inverse matrix calculation and comparative simulation experiment. It is pointed out that reasonable ice-copper grade and reasonable slag type lead to copper and lead, The main factors that affect the copper content in the process slag and the main measures to reduce the copper content in the slag. This paper also proves that it is reasonable to analyze the influence of copper content in slag by using the expression that the slag carry away copper fraction = 1 - copper partition coefficient / (copper partition coefficient + slag weight / matte weight).
