采用高温空气燃烧技术结合烟气回流专利技术可以实现高温低氧燃烧,即预热空气高于800℃,含氧量低于21%的燃烧。以韶钢宽板厂加热炉高温空气燃烧技术的改造实践为基础,介绍了应用烟气回流专利技术的效果。实践表明,烟气回流专利技术可以降低能耗,提高产量,减少NOx排放。
The combination of high-temperature air combustion technology and patented flue gas recirculation technology can achieve high-temperature and low-oxygen combustion, that is, combustion with preheated air above 800 ℃ and oxygen content below 21%. Based on the reforming practice of high temperature air combustion technology in furnace of Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the effect of patented technology of flue gas recirculation was introduced. Practice shows that patented flue gas backflow technology can reduce energy consumption, increase production and reduce NOx emissions.
