患者男 ,36岁。因呕吐、纳差伴头晕 2个月入院。体检 :眼球水平震颤 ,心、肺、腹部以及神经系统均未发现明显异常。影像学检查 :(1)ＣＴ示小脑蚓部有一 3 5ｃｍ× 5 0ｃｍ高密度灶 ,密度均匀 ,边缘较光滑 ,有分叶 ,形态欠规则 ,ＣＴ值为 78ＨＵ ,病灶后缘可见钙化。增强后病灶
Male patient, 36 years old. Due to vomiting, anorexia with dizziness 2 months admitted to hospital. Physical examination: eye level tremor, heart, lung, abdomen and nervous system were found no significant abnormalities. Imaging examination: (1) CT showed cerebellar vermis a high density of 3 5cm × 5 0cm stove, uniform density, the edge is relatively smooth, lobulated, the shape of the rules, CT value of 78HU, visible calcification of the posterior margin of the lesion.
