为了有效防止漏钢,降低铸坯与结晶器间的摩擦力,研究了保护渣的物化性能对铸坯与结晶器间的摩擦力的影响。研究结果表明,保护渣的物化性能对铸坯与结晶器间的摩擦力有非常重要的影响。分析了保护渣在1300℃时的黏度和铸坯与结晶器间的摩擦力之间的关系。在研究渣膜在铸坯与结晶器间的润滑与摩擦的作用时,必须充分考虑渣膜中存在的温度梯度对黏度的影响,不能将渣膜的黏度简化为恒定不变,否则将导致摩擦力计算结果的偏差。
In order to effectively prevent the steel from breaking and reduce the friction between slab and mold, the influence of physical and chemical properties of mold flux on the friction between slab and mold was studied. The results show that the physical and chemical properties of mold flux have a very important influence on the friction between slab and mold. The relationship between the viscosity of mold powder at 1300 ℃ and the friction force between mold and slab was analyzed. In studying the role of the slag film in the lubrication and friction between the slab and the mold, the influence of the temperature gradient existing in the slag film on the viscosity must be fully considered, and the viscosity of the slag film can not be simplified to be constant or the friction Deviation of force calculation results.
