角膜碱烧伤后的氧化损伤 ,近年来引起了广泛的重视。本文就角膜碱烧伤后所发生的自由基链式反应 ,以及它所造成的组织损伤进行了综述 ,同时对人体内的抗氧化系统 ,尤其是眼内的抗氧化酶的作用机制进行了系统的总结 ,并着重在抗氧化酶对碱烧伤后所引发的自由基链式反应的阻断、干扰方面进行了详细的论述。近年来抗氧化剂在眼科其他方面也得到了广泛的应用 ,例如 :抗炎、准分子激光术后和在眼库技术中的应用等 ,这些对我们今后的工作都会有所帮助
Corneal alkali burn after oxidative damage, in recent years caused widespread attention. In this review, we reviewed the free radical chain reactions that occurred after corneal alkali burn and the tissue damage caused by it.
