Many physical factors can affect motor nerve conduction velocity has long been reported, but mostly due to physical factors lead to changes in body temperature and then affect the nerve conduction velocity. This article discusses the effect of DC on motor nerve conduction velocity. The author energized in three ways, a total of 10 cases of healthy subjects, motor conduction velocity examination before and after DC power on.The three methods of electrification are: 1 upper limb collocation method, two 200cm ~ 2 electrode back home neck, A forearm, respectively, with the upstream and downstream; 2 water bath role in the upper limbs, alternating polarity changes; 3. nerve in the corresponding area for the DC elbow
