葛根素是从中药葛根提取的有效成份中的主要成份,动物实验已经证明,其具有降低血压、减慢心律、扩张冠状动脉、改善脑循环和微循环等作用。我科经多年的临床研究发现,葛根素对于视网膜动脉阻塞、前部缺血性视神经病变、高度近视性视网膜病变、以及其它视网膜缺血性和萎缩性疾病疗效颇佳。为了客观评价葛根素对视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效,从电生理学的角度探讨葛根素的作用机理。本文对51例51眼视网膜中央动脉阻塞,葛根素治疗前、后视网膜电图(ERG)及振荡电位(OPs)的变化分析如下。
Puerarin puerarin extracted from the active ingredient in the main ingredients, animal experiments have shown that it has lower blood pressure, slow down the heart rate, coronary artery expansion, improve cerebral circulation and microcirculation and so on. Our department after years of clinical research found that puerarin for retinal artery occlusion, anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, high myopia retinopathy, and other retinal ischemic and atrophic diseases quite effective. In order to objectively evaluate the curative effect of puerarin on retinal artery occlusion, the mechanism of action of puerarin is discussed from the electrophysiology point of view. 51 cases of 51 cases of central retinal artery occlusion, puerarin treatment before and after electrogastrogram (ERG) and oscillatory potential (OPs) changes are as follows.
