目的分析2004-2007年湖北省十堰市流行性感冒(流感)监测结果,初步探求本市流感病毒活动特点及其流行规律,寻求科学有效的防制对策。方法常年开展流感流行病学和病原学监测,每年9月份开展血清学监测。结果门诊流感样病例就诊比例每月变化趋势不太明显,儿童远高于成人比例;从1449份标本中分离流感病毒302株,分离率20.84%;月分离率在每年1-3月和7-9月分别出现冬季峰和夏季峰,冬季峰高于夏季峰;H3N2亚型、B型Victoria系流感病毒分别引起37起疑似流感暴发疫情中的9起和14起;健康人群各亚型流感病毒抗体水平每年都发生较大变化,其阳性率与该亚型流感病毒的流行强度一致。结论十堰地区几乎全年均有流感病毒活动,呈现冬季峰高于夏季峰的双峰模式,H1N1、H3N2亚型与B型的Victoria系、Yamagata系流感病毒在本地区呈现此消彼长的流行规律;每年应在充分考虑本国流感流行特点和B型流感病毒复杂性的基础上提供疫苗组分;建议十堰市人群每年10-12月及时接种流感疫苗,增加中小学校和托幼机构学生的疫苗接种率。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of influenza (influenza) in Shiyan City of Hubei Province from 2004 to 2007, and to explore the characteristics and prevalence of influenza virus activity in this city in order to seek scientific and effective countermeasures. Methods Perennial influenza epidemiology and etiology monitoring, carried out in September each year serological surveillance. Results The trend of outpatient influenza-like illness was not obvious in every month. The rate of children was much higher than that of adults. 302 strains of influenza virus were isolated from 1449 specimens, the isolation rate was 20.84%. The monthly separation rate was between January and March each year and 7- The peak of the winter peak and the summer peak appeared in September and the peak in winter was higher than that in the summer peak respectively. Influenza H3N2 subtype and type B Victoria influenza virus caused 9 and 14 outbreaks of 37 suspected influenza outbreak respectively. Antibody levels vary greatly each year, and their positive rates are consistent with the prevalence of this subtype of influenza virus. Conclusion Influenza virus activity occurred in almost all year in Shiyan, presenting a bimodal pattern with a higher winter peak than summer peak.
