目的 了解新兵的身体状况及地方征兵体检的质量,指导部队卫生检疫工作,防止新兵带病滞留部队。方法1998～2000年的新兵,年龄17-22岁,平均18.3岁,分别来自山东等13个省(区)。以《应征公民体格检查标准》为复检标准,检查内容为艾滋病抗体(抗-HIV)、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、内科、外科、五官科、放射科等项目。检测抗-HIV、HBsAg均用酶联免疫法,ALT用酶动力法全自动生化仪测定。对抗-HIV和HBsAg初检阳性者,用
Objective To understand the physical condition of recruits and the quality of local conscription medical examination and to guide the troops in their health and quarantine work so as to prevent the recruit from bringing sick and stranded troops.
