采用等离子弧堆焊工艺将Fe90合金堆焊到低碳钢表面;采用洛氏硬度仪、湿砂橡胶轮磨料磨损试验机对不同规范下堆焊试样的硬度、耐磨性能进行测试;采用OM及SEM对堆焊层进行显微组织分析,研究堆焊电流对堆焊层组织、性能的影响规律和作用机理。结果表明,堆焊层表面性能优于侧面;当堆焊电流为180A时,堆焊层性能取得最佳值,其表面硬度为67.7HRC,耐磨性能最好。
The surfacing of Fe90 alloy on low-carbon steel was carried out by plasma arc surfacing. The hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing samples under different specifications were tested by Rockwell hardness tester and wet sand rubber wheel abrasion tester. And SEM were used to analyze the microstructure of the surfacing layer and study the influence law and mechanism of the surfacing current on the microstructure and properties of the surfacing layer. The results show that the surface properties of the surfacing layer are better than those of the lateral surface. When the surfacing current is 180A, the properties of the surfacing layer are the best, the surface hardness is 67.7HRC and the wear resistance is the best.
