通过系列条件试验 ,研究用矿浆电解法处理广西复杂脆硫锑铅矿。结果表明 ,采用矿浆电解法在HCl NH4 Cl体系中处理脆硫锑铅矿 ,可以实现锑和铅的一步分离并在阴极直接得到 2 #金属锑板 ,锑的浸出率大于 98%。铅以PbCl2 的形态沉淀入渣 ,经碳铵转化 -脱硫 ,得到含铅大于 45 %、含硫小于 15 %的铅精矿和单质硫产品 ,铅的总回收率大于 95 % ,银的总回收率大于80 %。采用矿浆电解法在HCl NH4 Cl体系中处理脆硫锑铅矿是可行的
Through a series of conditional tests, the complex electrolytic antimony stibnite in Guangxi was studied by using the pulp electrolysis method. The results show that the leaching rate of antimony can reach more than 98% with the method of slurry electrolysis in the treatment of jasite with HCl NH4Cl system. Lead is precipitated into slag in the form of PbCl2 and converted to desulfurization by ammonium bicarbonate to obtain lead concentrate and elemental sulfur products containing more than 45% lead and less than 15% sulfur. The total recovery of lead is more than 95%. The total silver recovery Rate of more than 80%. It is feasible to treat jasmons with HCl-NH4Cl system by slurry electrolysis
