刑满释放和解教人员的回归社会及其安置问题一直呈现为难以解决的现状。由于这些人的帮教和再社会化均不理想,导致刑释解教人员重新犯罪率较高,成为了影响社会稳定的负面因素。因此,本文认为做好刑事解教人员的安置帮教工作,是维护社会稳定,促进人民群众安居乐业的重要举措,也是体现人文理念的现代社会之必然要求。 The return of prisoners to liberation and liberation and the resettlement of their personnel have always been in a difficult situation to be solved. Because these people’s helplessness and re-socialization are not ideal, the high rate of recidivism committed by members of the criminal law has become a negative factor that affects social stability.
