针对老系统尿素水解装置运行的现状,找出了目前存在的问题,提出了为实现扩能、优化目的而进行水解系统蒸馏塔内件改造的要求。通过对新型ADV微分浮阀性能特点、应用业绩的认识,通过对ADV微分浮阀塔盘与传统F_1浮阀塔盘在设计结构上以及实验性能等方面的全面对比,确定了使用清华大学泽华化学工程有限公司ADV微分浮阀塔盘实施具体改造的方案。改造后运行数据表明,该新型浮阀的应用是比较成功的,它对泸天化今后类似的技术改造有较大的推广价值。
In view of the current situation of the operation of the old system urea hydrolysis unit, the existing problems were found out, and the requirements for reforming the inner parts of the distillation column of the hydrolysis system for achieving the purpose of expansion and optimization were put forward. Through the comparison of performance characteristics and application performance of new ADV differential float valve, the overall comparison between ADV differential float valve trays and traditional F-1 float valve trays in terms of design structure and experimental performance has confirmed that the use of Tsinghua University Zehua Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. ADV differential valve tray implementation of the specific transformation program. After transformation, the operation data show that the application of this new floating valve is more successful and it has a great promotion value for similar technological transformation of Lutianhua in the future.
