南堡油田潜山油藏埋藏较深,储层温度高。为满足深井欠平衡钻井技术要求,现场采用了抗高温水包油钻井液体系。该体系具有良好的流变性,防塌能力强,密度在0.95~0.98g/cm3之间,抗温能力达到180℃。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有较好的抗高温性能,对油气层损害小,有利于安全快速钻井和发现、保护油气层,性能稳定,易于调节,对录井、测井无影响,井径规则,能够满足深井欠平衡钻井和地质要求。
The buried hill reservoirs in Nanpu Oilfield are buried deeply and the reservoir temperature is high. In order to meet the technical requirements for underbalanced drilling, a high-temperature oil-in-water drilling fluid system was adopted on site. The system has good rheology, anti-collapse ability, density of 0.95 ~ 0.98g / cm3, temperature resistance up to 180 ℃.
