钢筋混凝土构造柱,是提高多层砖房屋抗震能力的一种非常重要的措施。然而,在混凝土构造柱施工过程中往往忽视其施工质量控制问题。为此,钢筋混凝土构造柱不但起不到增强抗震能力的作用,而且还将影响到建筑物的整体安全性,给建筑工程质量无形中潜伏下安全隐患。有鉴于此,笔者结合多年的施工管理经验,就钢筋混凝土构造柱在施工中所具有的作用、要求、质量问题原因分析以及采取相关质量技术措施等方面抒以浅见。
Reinforced concrete structural columns are a very important measure to improve the seismic resistance of multi-storey brick houses. However, the construction quality control problems are often ignored in the construction of concrete structural columns. To this end, the reinforced concrete column not only failed to enhance the role of seismic capacity, but will also affect the overall safety of the building, the quality of construction projects virtually hidden potential safety problems. In view of this, the author combined years of experience in construction management, to express the views on the role of the reinforced concrete structure in the construction of the requirements, the analysis of the causes of quality problems and the relevant quality and technical measures.
