高温处理熔体(BTOP)是一种已在俄罗斯航空工厂广泛应用的工艺技术,镍基高温合金用此工艺处理后能明显地提高合金的质量,改善合金的工艺性和提高合金的工作性能,降低铸件废品率。本文综述了高温处理熔体工艺技术的研究方法、作用机理及其对铸件组织、性能和质量的影响。
