目的:建立科学、有效的临床教师职业道德修养评价指标体系,以指标为导向筛选、培养符合条件的临床教师。方法:根据科学性、独立性、可操作性与促进性、知———行———教合一的原则,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法进行系统分析和计算指标权重并进行一致性检验。结果:以爱岗敬业、治学严谨、为人师表、教书育人4个维度建立指标框架,细化为20个评价指标并确定权重,各层判断矩阵均符合逻辑一致性、随机一致性(CR<0.10)。运用临床教师职业道德修养评价指标体系在北京市某医院抽取日常工作、教学表现有一定差异的150名临床教师进行试评估,结果显示指标体系具备科学性与可行性。“,”Objective:To Screen and cultivate qualified clinical teachers, establish a scientific and effective professional ethics evaluation index system of clinical teachers. Methods:According to the principle of scientific nature, independence, operability and promote sex, unity of knowing - doing - teaching, using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) , the index weight was analyzed and consistency was checked. Results:This article set up four aspects of indicators from the ability to work, teaching attitude, teaching ability and the model, contai?ning 20 evaluation indexes whose weight were determined. The layers of judgment matrix had logical consistency and random consistency ( CR<0. 10). Using this evaluation index system, four clinical teachers who have different daily work and teaching performance were draw to establish. The results showed that the index system had the scientific nature and feasibility.
