从软件开发项目的组织管理角度,对组织学习力进行了探讨。通过对P PROCE模型的组织边界分析,定义了软件开发项目无边界组织的工作关系;比较了软件开发项目组织传统管理范式与基于无边界组织结构的新管理范式的差异,提出了软件开发项目组织学习力系统结构,对将组织管理方法与软件开发方法的结合进行了尝试。
From the perspective of organization and management of software development projects, it discusses the organizational learning ability. Through the organizational boundary analysis of P PROCE model, the working relationship of borderless organizations in software development projects is defined. The differences between the traditional management paradigms of software development projects and the new management paradigms based on borderless organizational structures are compared.
