为节约胶结充填成本,板庙子金矿开展大掺量粉煤灰胶结充填工业试验,利用充填物料中添加大掺量粉煤灰能提高28~56d充填体强度70%以上、缩短达到强度要求所需的养护时间近50%的特点,合理调整采场充填体养护时间,探究降低水泥掺量方案。结果表明:在养护28d条件下,7%水泥掺量即可达到充填强度设计要求;在养护56d条件下,6%水泥掺量即可达到充填强度设计要求。该研究结果已经应用到矿山生产中,每年可节约水泥成本超过70万元。
In order to save the cost of cementation and filling, Banmiaozi gold mine carried out industrial trial of high content of fly ash cementation and filling, and the use of high content of fly ash in filling material can increase the strength of filling body from 28 to 56 days to over 70%, shortening the strength requirement The required maintenance time of nearly 50% of the characteristics of a reasonable adjustment stope filling body conservation time to explore the program to reduce the amount of cement. The results show that under the condition of curing for 28 days, the design requirement of filling strength can be achieved with 7% of cement content. Under the condition of 56 days of curing, the design requirement of filling strength can be achieved with 6% of cement content. The results of this study have been applied to mine production, which can save cement cost more than 700,000 yuan every year.
