2020年是全面建成小康社会目标实现之年,也是全面打赢脱贫攻坚战收官之年.完成两大目标任务,脱贫攻坚最后堡垒必须攻克,全面小康“三农”领域突出短板必须补上.《中共中央国务院关于抓好“三农”领域重点工作确保如期实现全面小康的意见》近日发布.这是21世纪以来第17个指导“三农”工作的中央一号文件,充分体现了党中央对“三农”工作的高度重视.文件提出,集中力量完成打赢脱贫攻坚战和补上全面小康“三农”领域突出短板两大重点任务,持续抓好农业稳产保供和农民增收,确保脱贫攻坚战圆满收官,确保农村同步全面建成小康社会.这为加快补上全面小康“三农”短板指明了方向和路径.
