目的优化金银花提取物的真空带式干燥工艺。方法以绿原酸提取率和提取物收率为考察指标,选用干燥温度、履带速度、进料量为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验确定金银花提取物最佳真空带式干燥工艺参数。结果最佳干燥工艺条件为:干燥温度60℃,履带速度为175 mm/min,进料量为18 L/h。结论本干燥工艺所得绿原酸的提取率高,提取物收率稳定,适用于金银花提取物大规模的真空干燥工艺使用。
Objective To optimize the vacuum belt drying process of honeysuckle extract. Methods The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid and the yield of the extract were taken as the indexes. The drying temperature, the speed of the crawler and the feed rate were chosen as the investigation factors. The optimum vacuum belt drying process parameters of the honeysuckle extract were determined by orthogonal test L9 (34) . Results The optimum drying conditions were: drying temperature 60 ℃, crawler speed 175 mm / min, feed rate 18 L / h. Conclusion The extraction rate of chlorogenic acid obtained by the drying process is high, and the yield of the extract is stable. The method is suitable for the large-scale vacuum drying process of the honeysuckle extract.
