将流行影像与民族采风相结合的方式,一直是我拍摄中国流行服饰的创作思想,而VOGUE(《时尚》)中文版的总编辑十分支持我的影像观点,其意义是透过东方特有的地域、人文来建立属于自己的东方美学观点,在一片鸦片烟雾缭绕的东方错觉中,创造出真正属于我们的东方美学。否则,就像处于失语状态或者反追随西方的影像形式,盲目地追求表相的形式能力或粗浅的布光与肢体游戏,我们既没有自己的影像语条,当然也就无从表达我们的流行主张。
The combination of popular images and folk songs has always been the creative idea of my fashion photography in China. The chief editor of the Chinese version of VOGUE (“Fashion”) strongly supports my image viewpoint. The significance of this is that through the oriental peculiar region , Humanities to establish their own Eastern aesthetic point of view, in an opium smoke-filled Oriental illusion, to create truly belongs to our Oriental aesthetics. Otherwise, just as we are in aphasia or anti-chase with Western imagery, blindly pursuing the formal power of appearances or superficial lighting and body games, we do not have our own imagery nor of course our popular ideas .
