研究结果表明,Al-3Li-1Cu-Zr合金显示出较高的体收缩和线收缩特性,随着浇注温度和铸型温度的提高,该合金的体积收缩增加,其线收缩为1.668%,略高于ZL109合金的1.2%,其值受浇注温度的影响不大;铝锂铜锆合金的热裂倾向性较大,浇注温度的影响没有简单的规律性;稀土Ce的加入,可使晶粒细化,降低热裂倾向性
The results show that Al-3Li-1Cu-Zr alloy shows high volume shrinkage and linear shrinkage. With the increase of pouring temperature and mold temperature, the volume shrinkage of the alloy increases with the linear shrinkage of 1.668% , Slightly higher than 1.2% of ZL109 alloy, and its value is not affected by the pouring temperature. The hot cracking tendency of Al-Li-Cu-Zr alloy is larger and the influence of pouring temperature is not simple regularity. Grain refinement can reduce the hot cracking tendency
