我国寿险营销代理人制度的引入,带来了寿险业传统销售方式的深刻变革,寿险业的发展空前迅速。但我国现行的代理人制度存在一定的弊端,主要表现是代理人素质不高且流失严重,奖惩制度不完善,回佣现象严重。本文通过分析我国寿险营销代理人制存在的问题,进而得出我国寿险营销制度由“代理制”向“雇佣制”转化的结论。
The introduction of China’s life insurance marketing agent system has brought about profound changes in the traditional sales methods of the life insurance industry. The development of the life insurance industry is unprecedentedly rapid. However, the current system of agents in our country has some drawbacks. The main manifestations are the low quality and loss of agents, the imperfect reward and punishment system and the serious phenomenon of rebates. By analyzing the existing problems of China’s life insurance marketing agent system, this paper concludes that the life insurance marketing system in our country is transformed from “agency system ” to “employment system ”.
