目的采用直接稀释电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定人尿镉,并与WS/T 32—1996石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)进行比较。方法尿样经1%硝酸溶液稀释后,用ICP-MS直接测定;1%硝酸混合0.2%磷酸二氢铵溶液稀释后用GFAAS直接测定尿镉。同时用冻干人尿镉标准物质(ZK018-1、ZK018-2)作为质控样。结果经t检验,P>0.05,2种方法检测结果表示差异无统计学意义。结论用GFAAS测定尿镉需要加入一定的基体改进剂,线性较窄,时间较长。用ICP-MS测定尿镉线性范围宽、抗干扰能力强、测定周期短,完全满足分析的要求,适用于日常样品的测定。
Objective To determine human urine cadmium by direct-coupled inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and compare with WS / T 32-1996 graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Methods Urine samples were diluted by 1% nitric acid solution and directly determined by ICP-MS. Urinary cadmium was directly measured by GFAAS after diluted with 1% nitric acid and 0.2% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution. At the same time, freeze-dried human urine cadmium standard material (ZK018-1, ZK018-2) as a quality control sample. Results by t test, P> 0.05, 2 test results showed no significant difference. Conclusion Determination of urinary cadmium with GFAAS need to add some matrix modifier, linear narrow, longer time. ICP-MS determination of urinary cadmium linear range, anti-interference ability, short measurement cycle, fully meet the analytical requirements for the determination of routine samples.
