采用45钢基材表面预涂敷一层 WC/Co(钴包碳化钨)与 TiC 的混合粉末,进行了激光表面合金化,研究了粉末中 TiC 含量对合金化层组织变质的影响。结果表明:随预涂敷层中 TiC含量的增加,碳化物逐渐由共晶网状变成断续网状或分散的碳化物颗粒及有心碳化物颗粒(M_6C+WC)或(TiC+WC),形成离异共晶。另一方面,合金层基体组织的孪晶马氏体特征逐渐消失。当粉末中 TiC 达40%时,基体已基本变为高温α相。Ti 使奥氏体区缩小是导致组织变质的主要原因。
The surface of 45 steel substrate was pre-coated with a mixed powder of WC / Co (cobalt-coated tungsten carbide) and TiC. The laser surface alloying was carried out and the effect of TiC content in the powder on the microstructure deterioration of the alloying layer was investigated. The results show that with the increase of TiC content in the pre-coating layer, the carbides gradually change from the eutectic network into discontinuous reticular or dispersed carbide particles and concentric carbide particles (M_6C + WC) or (TiC + WC) , Forming divorced eutectic. On the other hand, the twinned martensite features of the matrix structure of the alloy gradually disappear. When the TiC powder reaches 40%, the matrix has basically become a high-temperature α-phase. The reduction of austenite in Ti is the main reason for the deterioration of the tissue.
