事实证明,隔行如隔山和市场进入壁垒的理论是对的,是对专业化经营战略的一种诠释和佐证。企业战略决定着企业在市场环境中的位置和生存状态,决定着企业规范协调运作和长远发展。尤其随着全球经济一体化,国际国内两个市场竞争空前激烈,切实加强企业战略的研究、制定和组织实施,抓住机遇、正确定位,主动适应国际分工体系和国内产业结构调整的发展趋势,实现战略创新,走专业化发展道路是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
Facts have proved that the theory of interlacing, such as mountains and barriers to entry into the market, is a correct interpretation of and evidence of a specialized management strategy. Enterprise strategy determines the position and living conditions of enterprises in the market environment, determines the norms and coordinated operation of enterprises and long-term development. In particular, with the globalization of the world economy, the competition in the international and domestic markets is unprecedentedly fierce. The two sides have conscientiously strengthened their research on corporate strategy, formulating and implementing the plan, seizing the opportunities and correctly positioning themselves to take the initiative to adapt to the trend of the international division of labor system and domestic industrial restructuring. To achieve strategic innovation and take the road of specialization is an important issue before us.
