采用钛酸丁脂和醋酸铅和溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米PbTiO3粉体。利用扫描电镜观察了经不同温度烧结后常温下粉体形貌及晶粒尺寸,得到不同尺寸(5 0~1 0 0nm)的纳米粉体。同时观察了升温条件下的温致拉曼光谱,分析了不同温度热处理后粉体的相,高温原位拉曼光谱表明了烧绿石相是升温过程中四方相PbTiO3向立方相结构转变必须经过的过渡相。另外,对高温下挥发的粉体进行研究发现,煅烧PbTiO3粉体可以得到不同尺寸的烧绿石相结构粉体
Nanometer PbTiO3 powder was prepared by using titanate titanate, lead acetate and sol-gel method. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the powder morphology and grain size at different temperatures after sintering at different temperatures to obtain nano-sized powders with different sizes (50 ~ 100 nm).
