目的:考察温度对离体条件下尿酸盐结晶沉积的影响。方法:通过改变温度,观察人工关节液中及离体后肢关节腔中尿酸浓度的变化情况。结果:低温使人工关节液中尿酸盐结晶析出增多。随着环境温度降低及灌流液中尿酸浓度的增加,关节腔中尿酸浓度有所增加。结论:当机体处于低温环境下,且维持在高血尿酸的水平,有利于尿酸向关节腔转移并沉积。
Objective: To investigate the effect of temperature on the crystallization of urate crystals under ex vivo conditions. Methods: By changing the temperature, the change of uric acid concentration in articular fluid of hind limbs and ex vivo hind limbs was observed. Results: Cryogenic crystallization of urate in artificial synovial fluid increased. Uric acid concentration in the joint cavity increased with decreasing ambient temperature and increasing uric acid concentration in the perfusate. Conclusion: When the body is in low temperature environment, and maintain the level of hyperuricemia, uric acid is conducive to the transfer and deposition of the joint cavity.
