In 1973, Forest et al confirmed that there was a significant change in testosterone levels in the first few months after birth, that is, blood testosterone levels gradually increased at the first weekend, peaked at the second month and dropped after 6 months, which was equivalent to the pre-adolescence Level. Forest and Hammond, etc. confirmed that the baby boy’s luteinizing hormone (LH) increased. Gendrel and other confirmed that elevated LH and testosterone levels, suggesting that the baby’s pituitary-gonadal axis has been functioning. Since the early signs of increased adolescent gonadotropin are testicular enlargement, the purpose of this article is to measure changes in testicular volume to understand or confirm changes in gonadal hormones.
