目的检测肱骨短小症患者及正常对照者血清中骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)等7种骨生长因子,观察2组差异,为探讨肱骨短小症患者的病因提供线索。方法在西藏怒江流域,取肱骨短小症患者12例及正常对照16人的外周静脉血,分离血清,用ELISA法检测血清中骨生长因子的浓度,将2组骨生长因子的浓度取对数,采用t检验进行比较。结果病例组BMP-2、BMP-4、BMP-7、转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)、成纤维细胞生长因子受体-3(FGFR3)、生长分化因子-5(GDF-5)和成纤维细胞生长因子-23(FGF23)的浓度均值分别为3.35、3.14、568.24、625.09、3.01、3.26 ng/mL和161.33 pg/mL,对照组浓度均值分别为4.61、3.25、2 300.35、1 849.47、5.99、8.09 ng/mL和373.47pg/mL,病例组BMP-7、FGFR3、GDF-5浓度平均水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关分析显示,病例组中的BMP-2等7种骨生长因子之间呈高度相关,对照组中BMP-2只与BMP-4、TGF-β2呈高度相关性,而与BMP-7、GDF-5、FGFR3、FGF23相关较弱。结论肱骨短小症患者可能因为BMP-7、FGFR3、GDF-5 3种骨生长因子浓度发生变化,并通过多种生长因子的相互作用而发病。
Objective To detect the serum levels of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and other seven bone growth factors in patients with humerocutaneous shortness and normal controls and to observe the differences between the two groups in order to provide clues for exploring the etiology of patients with short humerus. Methods Peripheral venous blood was collected from 12 patients with humerocephalia and 16 normal controls in the Nujiang River valley of Tibet. Conclusions Patients with humeroclearism may be due to changes in the concentrations of BMP-7, FGFR3 and GDF-5, and may be caused by the interaction of various growth factors.
