我局塔儿沟钨矿区钻探施工存在的突出问题之一是钻孔顶角上漂、方位偏转超差。85年,在矿区即将结束勘探工作之前,为控制Ⅰ、Ⅱ矿带最大延深深度和可能存在的隐伏矿体,设计了1200m的ZKW105孔。为确保该孔质量,队决定用定向钻探技术进行施工,采用S75绳索取心和BH-75不提钻换钻头技术进行钻进。定向造斜工具是部探矿工艺研究所研制的L2-73连续造斜器及其配套工具。经几个月的紧张施工,达到了预期的效果,现将该孔的定向钻探技术作一扼要介绍。
One of the outstanding problems in drilling construction of Tailorou Tungsten Mine in our bureau is the drift on the top corner of drill hole and the azimuth deflection over tolerance. In 1985, a 1200m ZKW105 hole was designed to control the maximum deepening depth of the Ⅰ and Ⅱ ore belts and possible concealed orebodies before the end of the exploration work in the mining area. In order to ensure the quality of the hole, the team decided to use directional drilling technology for construction and drilling using the S75 rope coring and BH-75 jackless drill bit technology. Directional slant tool is developed by Prospecting Institute of Technology L2-73 continuous whipstock and its ancillary tools. After a few months of intense construction, to achieve the desired results, now the hole directional drilling technology for a brief introduction.
