针对国内首座大型结冰风洞的调试和运行,设计了具有防除冰功能的总压探针和皮托管。采用了新的制造工艺在内腔狭小的管内盘绕布置加热器,并通过合理分配加热器密度,解决了新工艺带来的加热器易受损和局部过热问题;使用电源可调压技术,在不同试验状态下调节加热功率,避免整体过热或防除冰能力不足。静态测试、校准和风洞试验数据表明,研制的总压探针和皮托管可有效用于结冰风洞特殊环境。
In response to the commissioning and operation of the first large icing wind tunnel in China, a total pressure probe and pitot tube with anti-deicing function was designed. A new manufacturing process is adopted to arrange the heaters in the narrow inner tube and arrange the heaters by reasonable distribution of the heaters so as to solve the problem that the heaters are easily damaged and overheated by the new process. Adjust the heating power under different test conditions, to avoid the overall overheating or lack of ice control capacity. Static test, calibration and wind tunnel test data show that the developed total pressure probe and pitot tube can be effectively used in icing wind tunnel special environment.
