阀弹簧和其他螺旋弹簧端面的加工,过去都是用手工把弹簧装在旋转于砂轮之间的多座圆盘的圆柱形座中,并在加工后再用手工把弹簧卸下。现研制出一种能自动装卸弹簧的端面磨光装置,如图1所示。弹簧1自动安装在柔软的传送带4上,传送带附有支承弹簧用的角钢3。当弹簧从洗涤机往加热炉传送时,弹簧端面得到轮流加工。由于安装了几只砂轮(供粗加工和精加工用),并由于在加工区内橡胶带2把弹簧压紧在角钢上使弹簧绕着自身轴线转动,加工精度(特别是相对构成垂直度的端面)得到提高。
Valve springs and other helical spring end faces were machined in the past by manually holding the spring in the cylindrical seat of a plurality of discs rotating between the wheels and manually removing the spring after machining. Now developed a self-loading spring end face polishing device, shown in Figure 1. The spring 1 is automatically mounted on a soft conveyor belt 4 with an angle 3 for supporting the spring. As the spring travels from the washer to the furnace, the spring end faces are alternately machined. Due to the installation of several grinding wheels (for roughing and finishing) and because the rubber band 2 in the processing zone compresses the spring against the angle bar and rotates the spring around its own axis, the machining accuracy (particularly relative to the vertical Face) is improved.
