为节约电能,变频调速越来越多地应用到油田采油装备的转速调节系统中。然而就目前使用最多的游梁式抽油机而言,其变频调速系统存在一些弊端,传统的耗能制动造成电能的浪费,简单的二极管整流给电网造成严重的谐波污染。将一种具有双向能量变换功能高功率因数AC/DC变换器,应用于现有的交一直一交变频器的整流环节并进行计算机仿真,仿真结果表明,若将此种双向AC/DC变换器应用于油田采油装备的变频调速系统中,不仅可以最大限度地节约电能,而且可降低电网的谐波污染,提高电网的功率因数。
In order to save electric energy, frequency conversion speed regulation is more and more applied to the speed regulation system of oil recovery equipment.
