一种高功率因数的双向AC/DC变换器

为节约电能,变频调速越来越多地应用到油田采油装备的转速调节系统中。然而就目前使用最多的游梁式抽油机而言,其变频调速系统存在一些弊端,传统的耗能制动造成电能的浪费,简单的二极管整流给电网造成严重的谐波污染。将一种具有双向能量变换功能高功率因数AC/DC变换器,应用于现有的交一直一交变频器的整流环节并进行计算机仿真,仿真结果表明,若将此种双向AC/DC变换器应用于油田采油装备的变频调速系统中,不仅可以最大限度地节约电能,而且可降低电网的谐波污染,提高电网的功率因数。 In order to save electric energy, frequency conversion speed regulation is more and more applied to the speed regulation system of oil recovery equipment. However, the current most used beam pumping unit, its frequency control system has some drawbacks, the traditional energy-consuming braking caused by the waste of electricity, a simple diode rectifier to the grid caused serious harmonic pollution. A kind of high power factor AC / DC converter with bi-directional energy conversion function is applied to the rectifier of the existing AC-DC converter and the computer simulation is performed. The simulation results show that if such a bidirectional AC / DC converter Used in oilfield equipment, frequency control system, not only to maximize energy conservation, but also reduce the harmonic pollution of the power grid to improve the power factor of the grid.
